The Oil Technology Academy gives students an opportunity to be mentored by someone who has been successful in their career and who loves seeing students grow in knowledge and wisdom. Meetings take place the first Wednesday of every month, with mentors giving the students advice as they discuss their habits, relationships, and their personal growth. The students remain with the mentors all three years and both students and mentors get to know each other allowing them to obtain a better understanding of themselves and the people around them.
